1 prepared graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust
1 large package instant chocolate pudding
1 large container dairy whipped topping
1 block chocolate for shaving
5 peppermint candies, crushed
Prepare pudding per package instructions. Place enough pudding into the crust to cover bottom well. Blend remaining pudding and 11/4 cup of dairy topping together. Pour into pie crust. Decorate top of pie with remaining whipped topping, chocolate shavings and crushed peppermints. Refrigerate until well set and serve.
